Requesting a driver is a 2-part process: 1) create the reservation in Agile Fleet Commander (see instructions on choosing the driver when you click the link directly below) 2) complete a driver request form and send to will know that a driver has been assigned to you when you receive an email from Transdispatch with your driver's name and contact information. We charge $25.00 per hour for the driver, plus the cost of the vehicle rental. Transportation Services has a limited number of drivers available. We offer airport shuttles to and from the Des Moines and Ames Airports, as well as for special events and field trips. Special event coming into town? Need another driver for your field trip?
